Laura started her journey to motherhood by focusing on her health, then once she felt more confident in herself she tried dating seriously hoping to meet someone. After 2 years she didn’t find anyone she wanted to start a family, with so on 1 Jan 2019 she took the plunge and put an ad on the sperm donor Australia Facebook group. She now lives in NSW with her adorable son Liam. In this episode we talk about the process when using a known recruited donor, red flags and advice on what to look out for, the process she went through to get pregnant and being pregnant post a gastric sleeve.
